First Step
Choose your new TREK bike and come visit us in person with your own bicycle. We will strive to make an objective assessment and offer a fair buy-back price that will be discounted from the purchase of your new Trek bike. The assessment is done on-site by our staff member, and it is necessary for you to provide ownership documents. Having a service history can confirm the technical condition of the bicycle.
Second Step
After an assessment of your bike is made, we will prepare an offer for the purchase of a new bicycle, subtracting the value of the old one. The assessment is provided in a written form and can also be sent via email. The initial assessment does not obligate you to make a purchase if the assessment does not satisfy you.
Third Step
The last and most enjoyable third step makes you the proud owner of a brand-new TREK bicycle that meets all your desires and dreams. The additional amount for the new bike can be paid in monthly installments, by debit/credit card, or in cash.
